Meet TheLeadership Team

Stephen Bye

Chief Executive Officer

Stephen is a senior executive with more than 27 years of experience working for wireless, cable and wireline service providers in the U.S. and several other countries.

Prior to joining the Connectivity Wireless, Stephen served as the President of C Spire responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company with three lines of business, including wireless, home services and enterprise business services.  Stephen also served as the CTO of C Spire and is the former CTO for Sprint.  He has also held a range of executive positions at Cox Communications, AT&T, BellSouth International, Optus Communications and Telstra.

Stephen has a BE (Hons.) in electrical engineering from the University of Tasmania (Australia) and a BSc (Hons.) in banking and finance from the University of London, London School of Economics (UK).

Stephen is a Chartered Engineer, a Senior Member of IEEE and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.  Prior to his career in telecom, Stephen served as an officer in the Royal Australian Navy.

Paul McGinn

President

With a background in real estate and corporate development, Paul has worked in the mobile tower industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Neutral Connect Networks, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development at Vertical Bridge. Previously, Paul was the CEO of CiG Wireless Corporation for over three years and successfully merged CiG into Vertical Bridge. Prior to CiG, he founded and led TCP Communications as its CEO, bringing it to a successful sale with a portfolio of over 250 towers. In the early years, he worked for SBA Communication as Director of Acquisitions.

As an entrepreneur and business leader, Paul has successfully built and developed numerous businesses in the real estate and retail arena before making the cell tower industry the focus of his career.

Keith Paglusch

Chief Operating Officer

Keith is a seasoned global executive with more than 39 years of operational experience leading teams at wireless and wireline companies  in addition to tower and industry engineering/consulting/deployment service providers.

Prior to joining Connectivity Wireless, he most recently served as both the Chief Network Officer and Chief Integration Officer at C Spire.  Prior to C Spire, he led operations in both North and South America for LCC International (now Tech Mahindra) as well as serving as the SVP Global Quality Assurance. While at LCC he provided engineering, technical consulting, and deployment services to all of the major wireless carriers and many equipment manufacturers both domestically and internationally.

Keith has held senior level operational and strategy roles in the tower industry at both Mobilitie and Global Signal.  He also has held executive management roles in the carrier/service provider marketplace at Windstream, Open Range communications and Sprint.  During his 18 year tenure at Sprint he lead the initial buildout of the Sprint wireless network and, in addition to many other positions, served as their SVP Operations and Chief Procurement officer.  Prior to Sprint, Keith worked at AT&T, Mountain Bell and Southwestern Bell.

Keith has always been passionate about building and operating quality networks, execution using disciplined program management principles which deliver on commitments, developing and leading high performing individuals and teams with specific attention to customer service and achieving committed financial objectives.

Keith is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.

Thom Antonopoulos

Chief Revenue Officer

Thom is a proven business executive with more than 30 years experience in the enterprise and emerging technology sectors developing solutions and supporting clients business needs in the areas of strategic planning, business development, sales, operations and engineering.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Thom develops strategies to accelerate the deployment of distributed antenna systems (DAS), WiFi and small cells in partnership with building/venue owners and all major wireless carriers.

He holds a bachelor of science degree from Redlands University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of California, Irvine.

Eric Ellis

Chief Network Officer

A 25-year veteran of the wireless industry, Eric Ellis brings more than 15 years of in-building experience to his position of Chief Network Officer. Having held various, executive-level operational positions, he employs dynamic leadership and comprehensive business strategies to optimize operations and facilitate growth.

Ellis was an early leader in the in-building wireless industry helping grow Custom Network Solutions at Nextel Communications. His previous experience includes VP of Operations for DAS/Small/Cell/Enterprise, Tempest Telecom/Bluestream; President, Capital Connect Wireless, LLC; and National Director of Solutions Delivery and Sales Engineering, Sprint Nextel Corporation.

Ellis holds a BA from Campbell University.

Ira Levy

EVP, Finance

Ira Levy has more than 30 years of progressive senior financial leadership experience in the wireless industry starting from his early days at Houston Cellular, Southern Cellular, Primeco, Verizon and Metro PCS.

Levy served as the CFO at iWireless, until joining Neutral Connect Networks, where he headed financial, regulatory, real estate and administration functions for iWireless, a $100M business unit which was majority owned by T-Mobile. Prior to iWireless Ira lead Mozido fund raising efforts where he raised over $200M to launch the MVNO e-commence business across the USA, Caribbean, Mexico, Latin America, China, Australia and Africa.

Tyler Kratz

SVP, Business Development

Tyler founded DAS Communications, the predecessor to Neutral Connect Networks, in 2011. Prior to founding Neutral Connect, Kratz was a sole principal engaged in buying, leasing, selling and assigning wireless spectrum at one point controlling over 250,000,000 MHz/POPs. Tyler oversaw the construction of wireless systems on limited amounts of this spectrum in different parts of the U.S. and still maintains spectrum holdings and operating networks.

Prior to his work in the telecommunications industry, Tyler practiced securities law and acted as an analyst in the investment banking and hedge fund sectors. Tyler is member of the California and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Bars and is a charterholder of the CFA distinction.

Bryce Bregen

SVP, Venue Sales

Bryce Bregen has more than 25 years of sales management and channel development expertise in telecom and wireless. Since joining Connectivity Wireless, Bregen has aggressively expanded direct and indirect sales channels, including enterprise, carrier and manufacturing/ distribution partners, to drive 2,100+ DAS installations and extend in-building wireless services to all major markets across the U.S.

Prior to Connectivity Wireless, Bregen held sales executive positions with several in-building wireless companies and was responsible for driving sales revenue growth and expansion into multiple distribution channels. He also previously managed nationwide sales for wireless and telecom companies, delivering services to Fortune 1000 companies across a wide range of industries, including government and education, hospitality, healthcare, telecom and wireless.

Bregen is a BICSI corporate member as well as presenter for the BICSI organization on DAS trends. He is also a former council member and member of the DAS Standards Committee of the HETNET Forum, and a presenter for the American Architect Institute.

Glen Baxley

SVP, Carrier Sales

Glen has more than 26 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  Prior to joining Connectivity Wireless, Glen worked at Simplifi Wireless Group, Mobilitie, Mycom Network Services, Nortel/Ericsson and MCI.  Glen has held various leadership positions in the wireless industry; VP of Wireless Solutions, Director of Wireless Solutions, Senior Account Executive, business development, project management and network engineering management.

Some of the key projects Glen has been part of during his wireless career include the initial deployment of LTE into the Verizon Wireless network, the rip and replace of AirTouch’s AMPS/CDMA wireless networks from Motorola to Nortel equipment in Southern California, Las Vegas, Georgia and Michigan, and the initial network build out of the Sprint PCS CDMA network.

Prior to his career in wireless telecommunications, Glen served nine years in the U. S. Marine Corps. Glen holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.

Kristen O'Connor

Director of Contracts

Kristen has 15 years of experience in telecommunications, including strategic positions in contracting, sales and marketing and client relations with TCP Communications, CiG Wireless and Vertical Bridge.

She is a graduate of Framingham State University. She sits on the board as Vice Chair of Special Olympics Palm Beach and devotes her time to several animal charities.

Andi Brown

Director of Human Resources

Andi has 10 years of Human Resources experience and holds a SHRM-CP certification which recognizes expertise and leadership in the human resources field.

She has 20 years of experience as an executive assistant and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Andi joined the Neutral Connect team in 2019.
